ATTENTION
Effective January 1, 2012 our water supplier, The City of Chicago, will
beincreasing their water rates by 25%. Unfortunately, this Increase
will be passed on to our Worth watercustomers as well. There will also
be an additional $2.00/month charge that will be used for Worth infrastructure
replacement and /or repairs.

has just under 400 water meters to replace. If
you have not had your meter replaced in the past 15
years or are unsure if you require a new
meter please contact the village hall in person
or by calling 448-1181.

Due to recent reports of burglary to motor vehicles we are asking
residents to please lock your doors before leaving your vehicle
unattended. Don't leave any item of value in plain view. Hide or
take with you your wallet, purse, a laptop, IPOD, GPS, tools or
anything else of value. Crimes that have been reported to us have
involved unlocked cars. Locking your car goes a long way to deterring
this crime.
We are also asking residents to lock your house, garage and shed
doors. Please leave your porch lights on to deter crime and make
your property more visible to you, your neighbors and police. Keep
watch in your area and dial 911 to report any suspicious activity
in your neighborhood.
