called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Roll call indicated that the following trustees were present: Kevin Werner, Sally Hartz, Barb Adamski and Randy Keller. Also in attendance at the Village Clerk Bonnie Price, Chief Donald Stefaniak and Treasurer John Sawyers. President Guzdziol asked Treasurer Sawyers to explain the Appropriation Ordinance. John Sawyers stated that he used data from the last three years to come up with the figures for this ordinance. He then stated that he met with each department head and asked them to cut their expenditures. He then met with the finance committee. The last step was to give a copy to each department head. Trustee Keller asked where the figures came from for the utility tax? John Sawyers stated we received these figures from the gas and electric company. President Guzdziol asked John Sawyers to explain the numbers on page 10. John Sawyers stated these funds are all part of the general fund and are set by State Statue. The police and fire pension figures come from the Department of Insurance. Resident Jack Boehm asked several questions regarding the Appropriation Ordinance. Trustee Hartz moved seconded by Trustee Adamski to approve ordinance #04-49 2004-2005 Appropriation Ordinance. A roll call vote followed. Ayes: Trustee Hartz, Keller, Adamski and Werner (4). Nays: (0). Absent: Prendergast, Rhein, (2). Motion carried. Trustee Keller moved seconded by Trustee Adamski to approve the estimate of revenues. A roll call vote followed. Ayes: Trustee Hartz, Keller, Adamski and Werner (4). Nays: (0). Absent: Prendergast, Rhein, (2). Motion carried. Trustee Hartz, moved seconded by trustee Adamski to adjourn the Regular Meeting at 7:55 p.m. A voice vote followed. Motion carried __________________________________________ Bonnie M.
