MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING

HELD June 12, 2006

CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION SALARY ORDINANCE ADJOURNMENT

President Guzdziol called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m. Roll call indicated that the following trustees were present: Becky Alcala, Mary Rhein, Sally Hartz, Kevin Werner and Barb Adamski. Also in attendance at the meeting was Village Clerk Bonnie Price. Trustee Hartz moved seconded by Trustee Rhein to adjourn to Executive Session at 6:08 p.m. for the purpose of the appointment, employment discipline, performance, dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony including a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity. Trustee Rhein moved seconded by Trustee Hartz to direct the attorney to prepare an ordinance to create the position of Finance Director with the salary of $81,600. Roll call followed: Ayes: Trustee Rhein, Hartz, Alcala, Werner and Adamski (5), Nays: (0), Absent: Keller (1). Motion carried. Trustee Hartz moved seconded by Trustee Rhein to adjourn the Regular Meeting at 6:35 p.m. A voice vote followed. Motion carried. _________________________________________ Bonnie M. Price Village Clerk
