Clerk Price called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

Roll call indicated that the following trustees were present: Randy Keller, Mary Rhein, Kevin Werner and Barb Adamski. Also in attendance at the meeting was Village Clerk Bonnie Price.

Clerk Price asked for motion to appoint a Mayor pro temp. Trustee Keller made a motion to appoint Trustee Rhein as Mayor pro temp seconded by Trustee Werner. A roll call followed. Ayes: Trustee Keller, Rhein, Werner and Adamski Ayes: (4) Nays: (0). Abstentation: (0). Absent: Alcala and Hartz (2). Motion passed.

Mayor pro temp asked Clerk Price opened the bids that were received. Clerk Price announced that one bid was received. The bid was in the amount of $170,500 from Cornelius Lode. Mayor pro temp Rhein asked that this item be placed on the April 4^th agenda.

Jack Boehm is wondering if these bids include a condition where the deal is consummated within a certain period of time. Attorney Glover stated that the bid acceptance would be contingent upon the contract being executed.

Trustee Adamski moved seconded by Trustee Rhein to adjourn the Regular Meeting at 7:36 p.m. A voice vote followed. Motion carried.
