CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Abatement of Golf Taxes Ordinance #05-59 Ordinance #06-35 Ordinance #06-36 ADJOURNMENT

President Guzdziol called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. Roll call indicated that the following trustees were present: Randy Keller, Mary Rhein, Sally Hartz, Barb Adamski and Kevin Werner. Also in attendance at the meeting was Village Clerk Bonnie Price. Pledge of Allegiance. Trustee Keller made a motion to approve Ordinance #05-59 Abatement of Golf Course Taxes. Motion failed due to lack of a second. Trustee Rhein made a motion seconded by Trustee Keller to approve Ordinance #06-35 Capital Lease Purchase with Textron Financial. A voice vote followed. Ayes (5): Rhein, Keller, Hartz, Werner and Adamski Nays: (0) Absent (1) Alcala. Motion carried. Trustee Rhein made a motion seconded by Trustee Adamski to approve Ordinance #06-36 Capital Lease Purchase with G. E.Financial. A voice vote followed. Ayes (5): Rhein, Keller, Hartz, Werner and Adamski Nays: (0) Absent (1) Alcala. Motion carried.
