MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

HELD December 4, 2007

CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ISSUANCE OF TRINITY CHRISTIAN COLLEGE BONDS ADJOURNMENT

President Guzdziol called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. Roll call indicated that the following trustees were present: Randy Keller, Kevin Werner and Pete Kats. Also in attendance at the meeting was Village Clerk Bonnie Price. Pledge of Allegiance President Guzdziol introduced Laura from Fifth Third Bank who discussed Trinity Christian College’s issuance of bonds. Trustee Kats moved seconded by Trustee Keller to adjourn the regular meeting at 6:50 p.m. A voice vote followed. Motion carried. ________________________________________ Bonnie M.
