MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING

HELD February 6, 2008

CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL CDBG PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTION 08-02 ADJOURNMENT

President Guzdziol called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. Roll call indicated that the following trustees were present: Becky Alcala, Randy Keller, Mary Rhein, Barb Adamski, Kevin Werner and Pete Kats. Also in attendance at the meeting was Village Clerk Bonnie Price. President Guzdziol stated the purpose of this hearing is to approve Resolution 08-02 CDBG Lloyd Drive Sewer Installation in the amount of $175,000. Trustee Adamski motioned seconded by Trustee Alcala to approve Resolution 08-02 CDBG Lloyd Drive Sewer Installation. A roll call followed. Ayes: Trustee Adamski, Alcala, Keller, Rhein, Werner and Kats (6). Nays: (0). Absent: (0). Motion carried. Trustee Alcala moved seconded by Trustee Adamski to adjourn the Public Hearing at 6:57 p.m. A voice vote followed. Motion carried. _________________________________________ Bonnie M.
