Please
Dial 911
|
|
|
911
is not only for emergencies!
|
| 911 is for every
time you want the police or fire department to come to your
home or investigate a situation. The seven digit number
does not call our dispatch center, it calls the front desk
of the police department. There is a delay in relaying the
information from our desk to the dispatch center. If you
are calling to reach an individual member of the police
department, then dial (708)448-3979. Unlike Chicago, we
do not use 311 for minor
calls for service. All calls for service must go though
911. |
