On May 5, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. the Real Estate Development Board of the Village of Worth will conduct a public hearing in the Board Room at the Village Hall, 7112 W 111th Street, Worth, Illinois, on a request for a side yard variation for the property known as 11505 S. Normandy, Worth, IL 60482. Legal Description: Subdivision in the North West quarter of the South East quarter of Section 19-37-13 Permanent Index No. 24-19-404-017-0000 Jack & Jenice Strejc is requesting a variation to 5-5A-4 B1 of the Village of Worth Zoning Code to build 3’ away from their side lot line instead of the required 5’.
