2010/2011 18 Month Stickers

Vehicle Licenses for the Village of Worth are to be displayed on your vehicle.
A vehicle sticker is required for every motor vehicle that is housed or registered within the village limits.

Current stickers were due on your vehicle by Jan 30, 2010

These stickers are valid 18 Months!

From Jan 1, 2010 until June 30, 2011


Vehicle stickers may be purchased at the Village Hall or onLine.

Residents who purchase a new vehicle are required to obtain a transfer sticker at a nominal fee of $2.00.

New residents are required to purchase a vehicle sticker within 45 days after occupancy.

Senior Citizens who are 62 yeas of age by January 1, 2010 of the sticker year qualify for one free sticker and one at a reduced price of $5.00.

Failure to DISPLAY your vehicle sticker could result in a fine.

Vehicle registration and proof of residency is required at the time of purchase for the first time purchase.

Late fees apply for purchasing stickers after Jan 30, 2010.

The Late Fee is $50.00

Vehicle stickers may be purchased in the village hall.

Other Licensing Requirements
Requirements for obtaining Illinois State License plates depend on which state the vehicle is currently registered in. New residents may obtain information from the Secretary of State Office. The toll free number is 1(800)252-8980.
When a new vehicle is acquired, Illinois plates must be obtained immediately. State license plates may be obtained directly from the Secretary of State, Motor Vehicle Division, Springfield, IL 62765. You may also register for license plates at your local currency exchange for a nominal fee.

If you are from out-of-state, you can obtain your Illinois Drivers License at the Secretary of State facility, 7200 W. 84th Street, Bridgeview, phone number 1(312)793-1010. Your license should be obtained within 90 days. All facilities listed at www.cyberdriveillinois.com.

Junk cars, inoperable or unlicensed vehicles MUST be kept within completely encolsed buildings.
