1. All volunteers must register and check in at the Village
of Worth information booth. Booth will be centrally located just
West of the Main Entrance.
2. Volunteers will be given a special parking pass for the use of the Volunteer
Parking Lot that will be South of the Festival.
3. Volunteers must be 16 or older.
4. Volunteers must wear a designated Volunteer shirt during their volunteer time.
Please be sure to dress comfortable and wear comfortable shoes.
5. Volunteers are prohibited from consuming alcohol during their volunteer shift.
When you complete your assignment, please remove your fest volunteer shirt so
that you may enjoy the fest as a member of the general public. Please remember
that your t-shirt identifies you as a festival team member during the events.
6. Refer any issues that need special attention to festival staff or police,
do not try to handle situations yourself. The festival lasts 3 days, so please
be patient as conflict arises.
7. If you are unhappy with your designated assignment please contact festival
staff immediately. We will try to reassign you to another area based on your
credentials or experience and volunteer opportunities.
8. ENJOY YOURSELF! The festival is only as strong as our weakest link. Please
know that your presence is what makes a festival successful.
9. Shifts should be taken in 2-3 hour time slots. If you wish to volunteer more
hours, we will not turn you away. Please be sure to take at least a 30-minute
break between each shift.
10. If at any time, festival staff sees a volunteer drinking, stealing, or aggravating
a situation you will be asked to leave the volunteer position.
