The Village
of Worth is committed to revitalizing the economic
development of the community. By offering information
about or current businesses, demographics and economic
plan, we hope to enhance the economic vitality of
our community while promoting our currently established
businesses throughout the village of Worth.The Economic
Development Committee (EDC) was reestablished in
2009 to assist the village board in promoting and
encouraging quality business growth and development
in the Village of Worth. Currently, Trustee Colleen
McElroy and Trustee Rich Dziedzic are developing
a plan to assist business owners. In the near future,
the EDC will be looking for members to assist the
committee.
