As a result, The Worth Police Department is announcing an update to our website which includes an Autism Emergency Contact Form (PDF) that may be printed, filled out and dropped off at the Worth Police Station. This form is designed to give the Worth Police Officers some critical information about the Village's Autistic citizens and will also aid the Department in efficiently responding to calls for service.
